Just below the excavation surface was an old well, which, as an objective, was to be kept. As it is well known, where there is a well there is water. Thus, in order to build the garage, a special Drytech concrete and shotcrete process had to be implemented, using special nails to allow the water to escape. Everything was then covered in brick.
